Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British musician and a singer. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. The child of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on January 1st, 1994 at Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, in which he started his own band, composed of 3 classmates. The band he called the White Eskimo. Their excellent performances helped them win in the Battle of Bands 2009. He always had an interest in music, but also wanted to work as the profession of a lawyer, physiotherapist, or even scout. He worked for a time part-time in a bakery in his city to help financially at home. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition during which he performed the Stevie Wonder's song Is not She Lovely. His group was compelled to break up due to this. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd form the group One Direction after the X Test audition. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in 2010. The band of five was backed by Simon Cowell and performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were one of the top contenders in the contest. The group was however placed third behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell made a deal worth 2 million pounds for One Direction in order for them to join Syco Records.
